Coaching Basics

What are the coaching methods used? Using a TEDA model (topic, exploration, discovery, action) and variety of other techniques and coaching models tailored to your needs, including goal-setting, feedback discussions, and reflective practices.

One to one coaching

One-to-one coaching is a personal approach working directly with you to identify goals and explore actionable paths.

Session Frequency

This varies according to individual goals; often , clients meet fortnightly or monthly for 6-8 sessions of around an hour.  However, one off sessions are also possible.
